Some Information on Mage
MAGE AG is a Swiss company that was established in 1975 as a manufacturer of fasteners. MAGE fasteners are approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBT), French Building Standards Office (VERITAS) and the Finnish Steel Building Association. MAGE Fasteners have been used extensively in Europe, including the UK construction industry for over 15 years with no known product failure.
MAGE is well known throughout the European fastener world as one of the leading companies in corrosion protection, and was first to apply organic / anorganic anti-corrosion coatings to all of their fasteners. In line with other leading fastener manufacturers supplying the European markets, Mage recommendations on the durability of fasteners follows the appropriate European industry standards including the UK's MCRMA guide on "Fasteners for metal roof and wall cladding, design, detailing and installation guide".
