Pricing

All prices quoted do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). H. W. Fasteners Ltd reserves the right to alter prices after a quotation has been issued in certain cases where additional costs were incurred. All quotations, estimates and price offers whether verbal, written or electronic are considered an invitation to treat and no contract is placed between the company and the buyer until H. W. Fasteners Ltd has officially confirmed the order.

Delivery

We deliver orders to the South East of Ireland for a small delivery charge. Any orders, which require more immediate delivery, can be sent via a courier and the buyer will be responsible for transport costs.

Terms of Credit

Terms of credit are strictly thirty days and payment must be made by the end of the month following the invoice date. In the event of a non-payment, the account will be put on stop and no orders will be received or processed until all overdue payments have been received. The closure of accounts is at the discretion of the staff at H. W. Fasteners Ltd. Failure of payment will result in court proceedings. H. W. Fasteners Ltd retains title and ownership of all goods supplied until full payment is received.

Returns

All goods being returned must be in the same condition as initially supplied by H. W. Fasteners Ltd. Credit notes for any products purchased on special offer will be issued based on the terms and conditions of the promotional price.

All offers are subject to availability, while stocks last.
