Customer,
All is back to normal after our new pallet racking, shelving and extra lighting and the inevitable disruption to our routine. It really became a very big task and we are glad it is over. In the meantime, we have appointed two new stores people and this should also help us to give an even quicker and more efficient service.

Dear Customer,
With regret we have to advise you of further increases in pane material. We have kept increases to a minimum and have even decreased from prices. Further increases cannot be dismissed.
Owing to the short nature of the notice given to us we will not be implementing new prices until the 1st of June.

Stainless Steel Fasteners
Due to the escalating cost of nickel, the cost of stainless steel fasteners is continuing to rise month-on-month. Availability of stock is also a problem due to erratic lead times.
As a consequence, we shall be withdrawing our current price list and discount structure for Stainless Steel fasteners from June 1st, 2007. Thereafter, all enquiries will be dealt with on a cost-plus basis.

As you may be aware, over the past 12 months there has been a global cost increase for Nickel, Zinc and other raw materials in general. This has severly affected cost of manufacturing a number of ITW products. We have endeavoured to absorb the effect of these cost increases in order to avoid passing them onto the market.
However, with costs up some 26% in the past 3 months, we are now left with no choice but to pass some of these increases on. Therefore, from July 1st 2007, there will be a 4% increase in the List Price of all Paslode Consumables and 20% on Spit Stainless Steel Anchors.
The table below outlines the fasteners affected by the price increase:
