ITW Construction Products UK operate a comprehensive quality system as defined by BS EN ISO 9002:1994. The system employed incorporates the use of management objectives, formal procedures, and where necessary, detailed work instructions.

The senior management of ITW Construction Products are committed to the promotion of awareness throughout the organisation of customer requirements and satisfaction; to implement and support a process of continual improvement and to establishing and reviewing quality objectives which shall be measurable and consistent with the quality policy and this international standard.

All employees of ITW Construction Products UK, whether or not directly involved in quality matters, are required to work within the system described by the Quality Manual & Operating Procedures, and to place the highest priority on the quality of customer service and satisfaction provided by the company.
